For Our Management Fee we will:

  2. Create a personalized rental strategy based on your individual needs.

    Provide and enforce rental contract to tenants.

  3. Market your property, leveraging successful marketing channels based on our extensive knowledge of the market, target audience, and local network.
  4. Work closely with your real estate partners.
  5. Perform frequent home inspections.
  6. Coordinate spa maintenance, snow removal, the restocking routine maintenance supplies, etc.
  7. Leverage our experienced housekeeping team for departure cleans and optional daily or mid week cleans.
  8. Conduct a home inventory check prior to entering our rental program to ensure each property is stocked with all items in the Marmot Vacation Rental Homeowner Inventory check list.
  9. Provide pre-arrival and post-departure inspections.
  10. Manage security deposits forfeitures and send letters in compliance with legal requirements when damage occurs.
  11. Represent you in credit card charges, refunds, extra charges, disputes, etc.
  12. Offer rental insurance to minimize exposure to guests and protect you and Marmot Vacation Rentals against last minute cancellations.
  13. Provide you with a monthly statement detailing all rents and expenses.
  14. Handle all rental revenue from tenants and disperse funds.
  15. Manage state, county and local tax requirements, including the collection and disbursement of Transient Occupancy Tax (CA) and Room Tax (NV) from your guests, account for it and forward to the appropriate governmental agency.
